Vote now for U2 - and U2.Com - in the annual NME Awards.

U2 and U2.Com are nominated for a clutch of gongs in the annual 'ShockWaves NME Awards'.

U2 are up for 'Best International Band' - and facing hot competition from The Killers, Kings of Leon, Scissor Sisters and The Strokes.

'Vertigo' is up for 'Best Track', vying for acclaim along with 'Dry Your Eyes' from The Streets, 'Take Me Out' from Franz Ferdinand, 'Can't Stand Me Now' from The Libertines and 'Golden Touch' from Razorlight.

Oh, and how could we forget?

U2.Com are nominated for 'Best Website' and facing stiff competition from sites by The Libertines, Morissey, Muse... and NME itself!
