Wear It Well

1 Mar 2006
A new Music Rising T-shirt is now available in the U2.Com Shop. Each sale will raise funds to replace instruments lost by musicians on the Gulf Coast after hurricanes Katrina and Rita.

It's the same T-shirt that Edge was wearing (see our picture) when the band played at the Grammy Awards earlier this month and it's been produced to boost the fund-raising for the Music Rising charity which Edge launched late last year.

The idea behind Music Rising is simple explains Edge: 'To put instruments back into the hands of musicians and try to give them the first step toward regenerating the music scene that surrounds New Orleans and the whole Gulf
Coast.'

Check out the very cool T-shirt here.
